Why Ocean Dine exists
Ocean Dine brings the coastal and northern kitchens of India to Jubail City Centre. Batters are fermented overnight for the dosas, biryanis are sealed and dum-cooked, and the tandoor runs hot all evening for tikka and kebabs. Spices are ground in-house, never from a packet.
